Dance Artworks Gallery operates from Barcelona, Spain. We proudly partner with world-class printing labs across the globe to ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery for every region.

Order Processing

We aim to process your order as swiftly and carefully as possible. In-stock artworks are typically dispatched within a few business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Packaging & Handling

Each print or framed artwork is securely packed in custom protective materials—either in reinforced cardboard or shipping tubes—to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All items are handled with curatorial-level attention, whether fulfilled locally or internationally.

Delivery Time & Regions

  • European Union (EU): Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. All prices shown include VAT, in full compliance with EU regulations. The final price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes — no hidden fees.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days. Local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance charges may apply depending on your country. If needed, we’ll gladly support you in resolving any customs-related questions or fees.

These timeframes are estimates based on our average deliveries. Actual times may vary depending on your location, artwork format, and our chosen fulfillment partner for your region.

All prices — including for framed and customized artworks — are final, as listed and validated by our gallery's curator. We stand by the value, quality, and craftsmanship of each piece.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

  • Non-EU duties/taxes: may be requested by local customs; we can provide documentation or guidance if needed.

Special Formats & Framing

Large formats or bespoke framing may require additional production time. We’ll keep you informed and share tracking upon dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Undeliverable or re-routed parcels due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping costs.

Damages or Questions

In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of both the packaging and the artwork. We will work quickly to offer a resolution or replacement.
