Artworks are typically dispatched within 2–5 days. Shipping usually takes a further 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination. We will email your tracking number once your artwork is on its way.

Common questions

How is the artwork packaged?

Prints may travel flat or rolled where appropriate. Framed and larger works require protective packaging suited to the selected presentation and carrier.

Are VAT, customs duties and taxes included?

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Depending on your destination, local import duties or carrier charges may be collected separately.

Can I request special framing or a delivery deadline?

Please contact us before ordering with the artwork title and requirements. Available formats, production arrangements and timelines must be confirmed for that specific work.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will help you with the next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
