Dance Artworks Gallery coordinates production and delivery through selected printing, framing and logistics partners. The fulfillment route depends on the artwork, selected presentation and destination, so the individual artwork record and order confirmation take priority over general estimates.

Order Processing

Processing time varies by artwork and selected presentation. In-stock works may be ready sooner, while made-to-order prints, framing or custom requests can require additional production time. Where a specific processing estimate is confirmed for an artwork, it is stated on the artwork page or provided with the order.

Packaging & Handling

Packaging is selected according to the artwork, size and presentation. Prints may ship flat or rolled where appropriate; framed works and other formats use protective packaging suited to the shipment. Product-specific handling information takes priority where provided.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, artwork format and production route. Any timeframe shown at checkout or confirmed for your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking is provided when it is available for the selected carrier and shipment. If you need a destination-specific estimate before ordering, please contact the gallery with the artwork title and delivery country.

Prices, Currency, Taxes & Duties

Prices can display in the currency available for your market. The amounts and taxes shown at checkout govern the transaction. VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges or other local fees depend on the delivery destination and applicable rules; some charges may be collected separately by local authorities or carriers.

Large Formats, Framing & Special Requests

Large-format works, bespoke framing and other custom presentation requests can require additional production, handling or delivery arrangements. The gallery will confirm relevant specifications and estimates for the individual request.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please review the delivery address carefully at checkout. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery or requested rerouting may be chargeable where the carrier applies them and where permitted by applicable law.

Damage in Transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact the gallery as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the shipment and the available remedy. This request for prompt notice does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the order.

Returns & Cancellation

Shipping and return rights depend on the artwork, customization, destination and applicable consumer law. Please review the current Refund & Return Policy before purchase.
