4. Limited Editions & Certificates of Authenticity
We specialize in limited-edition fine art prints. Each piece is part of a limited run, typically capped at 20 editions, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The prints are numbered, stamped, and certified to ensure exclusivity and value.
5. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), and may be subject to change at any time without notice. The price includes printing, handling, and packaging, but does not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise noted. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment information when making a purchase.
6. Return & Refund Policy for Fine Art Prints
Due to the unique nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Any request for a return must be made within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be in its original condition. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
7. Shipping, Taxes & Duties
We ship globally, with estimated delivery times of 5-7 business days within the EU and 10-14 business days internationally. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional shipping fees.
For large prints, we use premium packaging to ensure safe delivery. Some prints may be shipped rolled in tubes or flat-packed based on their size.
8. Customization and Commissions
We offer custom framing options upon request, and also take commissioned projects in collaboration with the artist. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and details for custom or commissioned artwork.
9. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
Any comments, feedback, or submissions you send to us, including but not limited to creative suggestions, feedback, or proposals, become our property. We are under no obligation to keep such submissions confidential or pay for their use.
