4. Limited Editions & Certificates of Authenticity

We specialize in limited-edition fine art prints. Each piece is part of a limited run, typically capped at 3-25 editions, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The prints are numbered, stamped, and certified to ensure exclusivity and value.

5. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), and may be subject to change at any time without notice. The price includes printing, handling, and packaging, but does not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise noted. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment information when making a purchase.

6. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds

Returns, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

For qualifying distance purchases by consumers, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. Exceptions may apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Limited-edition status alone does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged, defective or incorrect artworks are handled in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

7. Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and by the product-specific delivery information provided for the artwork.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the artwork, artist or printing laboratory, format, framing, destination and carrier.

Shipping charges are displayed or calculated at checkout where available.

Taxes, import duties or customs charges may apply to international orders unless expressly stated as included.

8. Customization and Commissions

We offer custom framing options upon request and also take commissioned projects in collaboration with the artist. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and details for custom or commissioned artwork.

9. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

Any comments, feedback, or submissions you send to us, including but not limited to creative suggestions, feedback, or proposals, become our property. We are under no obligation to keep such submissions confidential or pay for their use.
