Return Policy

At Dance Artworks Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process.

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, ensure that your item:

  • Is in the same condition as when received, unused and unworn, with all original tags.
  • Remains in its original packaging.
  • You possess the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at office@idancecontemporary.gallery to initiate the return process.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please send returns to the communicated address by e-mail once your request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
