Bert Alan

Bert Alan is a fine art photographer based in Barcelona, previously based in London, whose practice centres on the male dancer in outdoor and aerial environments. Working with C-Type Fuji Matt prints mounted on aluminium, he creates ready-to-hang limited editions that place the dancer against open sky and natural light. His Dying Swan series — inspired by Swan Lake — explores flight, freedom, and the threshold between the classical and the dreamy.
